Hilton hotel to break ground in downtown Clearwater

A new Hilton hotel will break ground in downtown Clearwater in early December.

Palm Harbor-based DeNunzio Group will break ground on The Ballad Hotel, a new Hilton Tapestry Collection property, on Dec. 11, the city of Clearwater announced. The 10-story, 230,000-square-foot hotel will have 158 guest rooms and is intended to activate Clearwater’s downtown as part of the mixed-use development known as The Bluffs, which is alongside additions like The BayCare Sound amphitheater and Coachman Park.
