Landmark Properties breaks ground on 807-bed student housing in Tampa

Landmark Properties has broken ground on a six-story luxury student housing complex near the University of South Florida.

The Athens, Georgia-based real estate firm is building the 807-bed community at 2700 University Drive. When complete, The Mark Tampa will feature a mix of studios to five-bedroom floor plans across 215 units. The project is expected to feature 270,500 square feet of residential space.
