Whole Foods to anchor Wesley Chapel retail center

Developers have broken ground on a 76,000-square-foot mixed-use center anchored by a Whole Foods Market in Wesley Chapel.

Wesley Chapel Station, located at the corner of Bruce B Downs Boulevard and Aronwood Boulevard at 1424 Bruce B Downs Blvd., will have a 35,518-square-foot Whole Foods. Alongside the grocer will be PopUp Bagels, CAVA, Naked Farmer, Petfolk, The Tox and a nail salon, with additional space available for other tenants.
