Tampa developer plans over 650 housing units in new Hillsborough community

A Tampa developer is planning more than 600 homes as part of a larger master-planned community on nearly 400 acres in Hillsborough County.

Eisenhower Property Group plans to bring 471 single-family homes, running from 50-foot to 60-foot lots, and 188 townhomes off of Morris Bridge Road in a master-planned community called Morris Bend. It will be part of K Bar Ranch, a neighborhood in New Tampa.
