Sarasota developer buys 69-acre Ruskin site for $4.5M for waste management

A Sarasota real estate development firm acquired a 69-acre site in Ruskin for $4.5 million.

On Nov. 21, Jebcore Cos., a firm with projects across the East Coast, acquired the site at 3030 Cockroach Bay Road to transform it into a multi-use waste management campus, according to a release. It will support municipal solid waste, recycling, composting and construction and demolition debris operations.
