Boca Raton developer moves forward with hundreds of Pasco apartments, townhomes

A Boca Raton developer is moving forward with plans to bring hundreds of apartments to Pasco County.

Falcone Group filed site plans with the Southwest Florida Water Management District to develop 344 townhomes and apartments along McKendree Road in Wesley Chapel. The total project site sits on more than 30 acres of land, according to plans.
