National builder to bring 500 homes to Pasco pasture land

A national builder is planning nearly 500 homes on pasture land in Pasco County.

Atlanta-based Pulte Home Co. submitted plans to Pasco County for 299 single-family homes and 192 townhomes along Kenton Road and to the south of Elam Road in Wesley Chapel. PulteGroup Inc. is the parent company of Pulte Home.
