Developer withdraws proposal for Tierra Verde Marina

A Tampa-based developer has withdrawn its application to redevelop the 7-acre property home to the Tierra Verde Marina.

Greenleaf Capital said Friday that it has withdrawn its plans for the marina redevelopment to revisit the project’s height, which was a proposed 90 feet, and intensity. The developer updated its redevelopment plans in October in response to community feedback. The plans would have upgraded the 40-year-old marina, expanded high-and-dry boat storage and added new public and private amenities.
