Aging Westshore office complex sold to Tampa developer with 'world-class,' mixed-use vision

A Tampa real estate developer has acquired an aging office complex in the city's Westshore business district with plans to transform the property into a mixed-use development.

Eisenhower Property Group said Wednesday that it has closed on the acquisition of Westshore Square, a 2.6-acre property home to a 60,000-square-foot, five-story office building built in 1977. It is 50% occupied.
