Lennar Homes to build over 200 townhouses in Pasco

Construction is set to soon break ground on 36 townhome units in Pasco County as part of a larger master-planned development.

National homebuilder Lennar Homes, headquartered in Miami, is behind the project, which consists of six multifamily units on the project’s total 345-acre site within the New Port Corners master-planned development in New Port Richey, according to Pasco County property records.
