Aston Martin partners with Tampa Bay developer for luxury condo projects

A Clearwater-based developer is partnering with a luxury automaker to bring branded condominiums to Tampa Bay and beyond.

Aston Martin and Valor Capital Real Estate Development have partnered to construct ultra-luxury residential projects, starting with Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores, an 86-unit development on Florida’s Atlantic coast. The project near the Daytona International Speedway is one of three branded developments in the works.
