Developer revamps proposal for Tierra Verde Marina

A Tampa-based developer has revamped its plans to reshape the 7-acre property home to the Tierra Verde Marina.

Greenleaf Capital shared its updated redevelopment plans Wednesday to upgrade the 40-year-old marina through a two-phase project, which will expand high-and-dry boat storage and new public and private amenities. The application is to be filed with the city of St. Petersburg.
