Mixed-use Main Street Exchange proposed for downtown Dunedin

A local developer has plans to bring a boutique hotel, entertainment venue, marketplace and hundreds of parking spots to downtown Dunedin.

Dunedin-based Mazas Development has worked on the design for a mixed-use project in the heart of downtown for three years. The project, dubbed Main Street Exchange, will transform a vacant building and parking lot at 830 Douglas Ave. into an 89-key boutique hotel, a curated food hall and market, a restaurant, retail space and theater all accessible via the Pinellas Trail.
