Wellness facility may join bodybuilder's gym in Clearwater warehouse conversion

A wellness and longevity center could bring ozone therapy and plasma treatments to the Carillon Park and Feather Sound communities.

The owner of the warehouse building at 3051 Tech Drive wants to lease 4,800 square feet to a wellness center, according to plans filed with Pinellas County. The wellness center will be located across the lobby from a new gym called Champs Elysium, owned by professional bodybuilder and current Mr. Olympia, Derek Lunsford. The wellness and longevity center will provide aesthetic med-spa services, regenerative therapies, skin treatments and IV drips for immune health hydration and recovery.
