Kiran Patel's $190M high-rise progresses in Tampa's Encore district

Tampa Bay philanthropist Dr. Kiran Patel plans to move his family office to downtown Tampa's Encore district after the 20-story mixed-use tower Harrison is complete.

Aureate, a division of the Patel Family Office, is the developer of the $190 million Harrison, which will have 294 apartments and a 25,750-square-foot grocer, Totum Market and Eatery, on the ground floor. The seventh floor will host a 44,000-square-foot medical office space with four tenants, including the Patel Family Office and PCL construction. Also on the eighth floor is the amenity deck, featuring a pool and a pickleball court.
