Sarasota apartments with Sprouts land $200M refi

A newly built multifamily community in Sarasota has landed a nine-figure refinancing deal.

Affinius Capital closed a $204 million loan to refinance Aster and Links, a 424-unit apartment complex with 50,300 square feet of grocery-anchored retail. The loan was made to an affiliate of Belpointe PREP LLC, a publicly traded qualified opportunity fund tied to Belpointe OZ. Aster and Links is Belpointe’s flagship Sarasota development and is currently 50% leased.
