Apartments in Westshore Marina District sell for over $100 million

An apartment complex in the Westshore Marina District has sold for over $100 million.

Hillsborough County property records peg the sales price of Residences at Westshore Marina at $100.4 million in a deal that closed in early October. The buyer is an entity linked to New York-based Cantor Fitzgerald, which secured a $78.7 million mortgage from Berkeley Point Capital, property records show.
