Houston pharma company secures big office lease in Tampa

A Houston pharmaceutical company has leased nearly 50,000 square feet near Moffitt Cancer Center.

Eagle Analytical Services has leased the entirety of 10441 University Center Drive, according to Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida. Ciminelli’s Thomas J. Hernandez represented the landlord, RE Gain Investment Manager LLC, in the lease transaction. Dougall E. H. McCorkle and Darren McCorkle of Premier Commercial Inc. represented Eagle Analytical Services.
