12-story luxury tower to rise along Pinellas Bayway in St. Pete

The last major piece of undeveloped land along the Pinellas Bayway in St. Petersburg’s Marina Bay community is slated for a 12-story luxury condominium.

Reza Yazdani, who has developed the 67-acre Marina Bay over the last 20 years, expects to file plans for the condo tower with St. Pete’s Development Review Commission in early October. The $120 million project, following city approval, is projected to break ground in spring 2026, bringing 96 residences with water views to the area.
