Developers plan nearly 1,200-bed student housing project near USF

A student housing community is coming near the University of South Florida as part of a developer’s $60 million transformation project at University Mall.

Chicago-based Core Spaces and Harrison Street Asset Management have partnered again in a joint investment to bring a 1,195-bed student housing development on the property called Hub Tampa Fowler, according to a news release from Harrison Street and Core Spaces.
