Financial firm sold St. Pete HQ as it moves to Water Street

Two office buildings within Carillon Park that served as a financial technology firm’s headquarters in St. Petersburg for decades have been sold.

Greenleaf Capital, the real estate arm of the larger, public company HCI Group, acquired the two office buildings at 560 and 580 Carillon Parkway for $19 million from PSCU Financial Services, which has called St. Pete home since 1977.
