Southwest Florida could soon be brimming with Tim Hortons cafes, according to the developer and franchisee behind the local presence of the Canadian coffee chain.

Anchor Hospitality Group signed an area development agreement with Tim Hortons in 2024 that includes Sarasota, Manatee, Desoto, Hardee, Highlands and the southern portions of Pinellas, Hillsborough and Polk counties, Executive Vice President and CFO William Caine told the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
