Mixed-use Belleair Bluffs center home to Bonefish Grill has sold

A mixed-use property in Belleair Bluffs traded for $13 million.

The 38,874-square-foot center at 2979 W. Bay Drive sold to Shannon Waltchack LLC, a commercial real estate operator that manages, brokers, develops and acquires property across the Southeast. JLL Capital Markets brokered the sale, representing seller Cardinal Point Management and procuring the buyer.
