Two-story Target coming to Clearwater

Target is coming to Countryside Mall in Clearwater.

A permit filed with the city of Clearwater on Wednesday shows plans for 140,000 square feet of the former Sears department store owned by Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG). The $21.2 million renovation would prepare the two-story space for a new Target. At that size, the new store is almost certainly a Super Target.
