RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Two decades later, 'I-4 Eyesore' may finally welcome its first tenant Representatives of Claud Bowers — the owner of Orlando-based faith-based broadcaster WACX SuperChannel 55 — have approached the city of Altamonte Springs to build out the first floor of the 18-story, 300,000-square-foot Majesty Building at 123 E. Central Parkway, city manager Frank Martz told Orlando Business Journal.
