Gasworx developers land nine-figure loan and a partner from Prague

The developers of Gasworx in Ybor City have landed a nine-figure construction loan and welcomed a new international partner to the development team.

Ybor developer Darryl Shaw and Washington, D.C.-based Kettler, who are joint venture partners in Gasworx, said Monday that they have secured a $182 million loan from Bank OZK. They have also entered into a partnership with Prague-headquartered PPF Group, an international investment firm, for the next phase of Gasworx.
