New-to-Tampa coworking company signs big lease on Rocky Point

A coworking concept that's been active in South Florida will open its first Tampa location after signing a significant lease in Rocky Point.

Venture X has leased 30,262 square feet at Harborview Plaza, where it will occupy the entire sixth floor. JLL Inc. announced the lease on Thursday. Venture X plans to open in January 2026 and can accommodate companies of any size, JLL said.
