Tampa developer closes on downtown St. Pete site for mixed-use project

Third Lake Partners has closed on a prime site in downtown St. Petersburg that will be paired with neighboring parcels and transformed into a mixed-use development.

The company on Jan. 13 officially purchased the property just east of Tropicana Field for $10 million, according to a Pinellas County deed. The city of St. Petersburg was the seller.
