In Pasco County, Johns Hopkins All Children's is building a $300 million hospital with room to grow

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital will break ground on a $300 million Wesley Chapel campus in March — with room to grow.

The health system set a date of March 27 to celebrate the groundbreaking of the 239,000-square-foot hospital, which will open with 56 beds in the third quarter of 2027. Ultimately, the hospital could grow its capacity up to 150 beds, said Justin Olsen, chief operating officer at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg.
