Downtown Tampa office tower signs big renewal deal with law firm

One of the city’s most prominent law firms has signed a big renewal deal in downtown Tampa’s Bank of America Plaza.

Hill Ward Henderson renewed its 78,000-square-foot lease in the tower and expanded it by 4,500 square feet, Tampa-based Franklin Street said Monday. The law firm employs 250 people between the 35th and 38th floors of the tower. Hill Ward Henderson is one of the largest law firms in Tampa, with 119 local attorneys, according to Tampa Bay Business Journal research.
