Valrico senior living community breaks ground

An art-inspired senior living community in Tampa with more than 200 homes has broken ground.

The Gallery at South Tampa, located at 5049 Bell Shoals Road in Valrico, is being built by Denver-based Experienced Senior Living. This will be ESL’s eighth community in Florida and fifth on the Gulf Coast. ESL also operates communities in Colorado, Indiana, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia and Washington.
