Developer of The Residences at 400 Central under contract on Mirror Lake site

Red Apple Real Estate, the developer of The Residences at 400 Central in downtown St. Petersburg, is under contract to buy a prime site in the Mirror Lake neighborhood.

The New York-based company is preparing to purchase a 0.94-acre property at 450 3rd Ave. N across the street from the Mirror Lake Community Library. The site is entitled for a 23-story tower.
