Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, picks general contractor

South Florida developer Kolter Urban has chosen Moss Construction to build the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay — the same general contractor that built the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota, in 2021.

Kolter Urban, which has an extensive portfolio of projects in the Tampa Bay region, said Monday that Moss will build the 20-story, 78-unit condo tower in The Quay. The Quay is a mixed-use district on the downtown Sarasota waterfront.
