$175 million luxury home development coming to Apollo Beach

A waterfront luxury community in Apollo Beach will break ground in early 2025.

Hammock Bay, which is south of Symphony Isles off of U.S. 41 in Apollo Beach, will include 47 luxury homes. Developer Impact Properties said Wednesday that it is launching the sale of home sites and home-lot packages and will begin site work and infrastructure construction in early 2025. Custom and spec homes will begin construction in October 2025.
