RETURN TO NEWS INDEX $16M marina buy rounds out St. Pete waterfront assemblage Prometheus, which is linked to Southeast Investment Property Holdings, purchased Salt Creek Marina from Fourth Street South LLC for about $16.4 million, according to a Pinellas County deed. Prometheus now owns over 10.5 continuous acres there, some of which are submerged. The parcels were all acquired this year at a total cost of $43.7 million.
