JPMorgan acquires industrial sites in Pinellas Park and Tampa

JPMorgan Real Estate Income Trust Inc. has purchased two industrial sites in the Tampa Bay area that are fully leased by PODS, the moving and storage company based in Clearwater.

The portfolio spans 154,490 square feet and costs $25.8 million.
