Inside the historic Dunedin Golf Club, a transformation is underway.

The Highland House, The Feinstein Group’s newest restaurant, is nearly ready to open. In a clubhouse that previously resembled a 1990s-era conference room, The Highland House has modern touches that, at first blush, feel out of place in a golf club, like a light pink ceiling and palm tree wallpaper. Outside the restaurant, patio chairs will overlook the 13th green. The renovations represent a seven-figure investment from Feinstein and its partner, though co-founder Zach Feinstein declined to disclose an exact amount.
