Tampa firm buys Brandon rental site mid-development for $63M

A Tampa firm has purchased a Brandon rental community that's under construction for $63.14 million.

American Landmark Apartments closed on Cottages at Brandon on Oct. 29, property records show. The property consists of townhouse-style rental units, and 60 are complete, a spokesperson for American Landmark told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. At completion, Cottages at Brandon will have 360 units.
