Largo voters advance sale of city-owned land for development

Largo voters on Tuesday approved a plan to sell a piece of property that the city will soon vacate.

The city hopes to attract a developer to build a mixed-use development on 14 acres at 201 Highland Ave., where city hall is located. City operations will move to the approximately $81 million Horizon West Bay project in early 2025.
