Apartment developer buys 32-acre riverfront site in Temple Terrace

An apartment developer will build hundreds of apartments in Temple Terrace after paying $8.25 million for 32.42 acres on the Hillsborough River, according to property records

Impact Development Partners formed a joint venture with an undisclosed institutional equity partner to pursue River Hills, which will include 330 apartments in 11 three-story buildings at 6502 E. Sligh Ave.
