Private equity firm buys over 17 acres in St. Pete for industrial development

A new partner has joined one of the largest industrial developments Pinellas County has seen in decades.

Rockpoint, a Boston-based private equity firm, purchased 17.5 acres at the Gateway Logistics Center from Greystar for $11.075 million, according to Pinellas County property records.
