Spec warehouse in Pasco County lands manufacturer

A Pasco County manufacturer has expanded for the second time in less than four years, signing a lease in a speculative warehouse built through a public-private partnership.

The Soule Co., which manufactures and distributes disposable and reusable patient positioning products, has leased 127,820 square feet at North Tampa Bay 75 Business Center. North Tampa Bay 75 is a redevelopment of the former Overland Business Park. Soule now has three locations in Pasco, and the newest will create 10 jobs, the Pasco County Economic Development Council said Wednesday.
