Apartments in St. Pete's Edge district sell for $81 million

An apartment complex in downtown St. Petersburg's Edge district has sold for $81 million — an uptick in valuation of almost 27% in four years.

Olympus Property, a real estate investment firm based in Texas, purchased 930 Central Flats from an entity associated with Ohio-based White Oak Partners on Oct. 24, according to a Pinellas County deed. Olympus took out a $15 million mortgage from Berkeley Point Capital to help fund the acquisition, according to property records.
