Monin inks lease in new Pinellas Park manufacturing facility

Monin, a French syrup company that bases its U.S. operations in Clearwater, will expand to a nearby facility in Pinellas Park.

The company signed a lease for 86,350 square feet at 9411 Belcher Road N — a new warehousing and distribution facility built to address Pinellas County's tight industrial market. Monin expects to move into the space by the first quarter of 2025, according to a release.
