Country club assets are soaring. Here's what's driving the trend.

The Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, is about more that golf. That's despite the property boasting the world’s largest collection of private Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, with seven courses total.

The courses, which have been featured by Links magazine as having among the most extraordinary greens in America, are interwoven with village neighborhoods across 8,300 acres of land, and access is based on invitation-only memberships.
