Wesley Chapel built-to-rent community lands construction financing

A built-to-rent community in Wesley Chapel is moving forward after securing construction financing.

Hamlet at Avalon Park, which will include 260 cottage and townhouse rental units, obtained a $43.2 million loan from Wells Fargo in late August, Pasco County property records show. A notice of commencement for the beginning of construction was filed in September, property records show.
