Mirror Lake condos and historic home restoration win approval

St. Petersburg officials have put their stamp of approval on a boutique condominium project poised to protect a home built in 1937.

The Development Review Commission on Wednesday unanimously approved a variance to the distance between buildings planned for the site at 250 Mirror Lake Drive N, allowing a seven-story, 18-unit condo building and a new single-family home to move forward.
