Adjoining Indian Rocks Beach properties sell for $3.4 million

Two adjoining properties in Indian Rocks Beach were sold earlier this month for a combined $3.4 million.

The sale will reunite the parcels at 2018 Gulf Blvd. and 2008 Beach Trail, which were initially split in the mid-1970s. The new owners plan to combine the properties to create a new family vacation home, according to a release.
