Josh Bomstein takes the reins at Creative Contractors

When Josh Bomstein thinks about Creative Contractors' most significant work, some of Tampa Bay's most iconic destinations and gathering spots come to mind: the expansion of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, the restoration of a former armory into the Shanna and Bryan Glazer Jewish Community Center and renovations at the Tampa Theatre.

"That's one of our true heritage buildings," Bomstein said of the Tampa Theatre. "I have a real passion for the types of buildings that we build. We need restaurants and fast-food chains and retail centers, but if that’s what I was building, I don’t know that I would gain as much meaning from those types of projects. I get tremendous personal satisfaction from projects that serve the betterment of our region."
