St. Pete seeks development proposals for historic city-owned lot

St. Petersburg envisions a mixed-use development rising on vacant property it owns on 22nd Street South — an area also known as the Deuces.

A request for proposals was released earlier this month for the site at 951 22nd S. S. Potential uses include affordable housing, retail, event space and a restaurant.
